IRC membership details are updated each quarter.
The Property Services IRC is responsible for national training package qualifications relevant to:
Waste collection, treatment and disposal services; property operations and real estate services; architectural, engineering and technical services; public order and safety; swimming pool and spa servicing; facility management; surveying and spatial information services; building cleaning and pest control; fire protection; strata management; and access consulting.
These qualifications are included in the CPP and CPP07 Training Package.
The IRC will consult widely during any future training package development process providing opportunity for any interested parties to make a contribution.
Technical Advisory Committees may also be established to inform future work, utilising a broad range of stakeholders with technical and specific industry knowledge.
